We raise and butcher our own meat. We take things very seriously around here with processing as we have someone in the family that has alpha gal. When we process meat we do not cross contaminate with meat as we know how important that is with those with alpha gal! All of our birds are pasture raised! We are a small farm so we do not have an over abundance of meat but we do want to share with others when we do have the stock!
